Select All Available Apartments to view all currently available listings with or without pictures.

In the Area list box select the location that suits you best.

Note: Check out our minimap and detailed descriptions of the areas we cover.

In the Price section select the price range that is affordable for you.

Note: Most of the landlords in Manhattan require tenants to earn at least 40 times monthly rent on the annual bases. If you are planning to move with the roommate, most of the landlords will accept your combined annual income.

The Size list box lets you choose the type of the apartment most comfortable for you.

Type the code of the apartment in the Listing Code bar to quickly jump to the apartment if you have previously seen it and remembered the code.

Note: Listing Codes are very useful if you are searching apartment for a friend. Simply send the code to the person for whom you are looking apartment and all he/she has to do is to past it and click the Search button.

Check the Apartments For Share checkbox if you are willing to move in with your friend, relative etc. These types of rentals are good for share.

Note: All sections are optional; that is, if you leave all of them untouched the search engine will generate a complete list of the apartments available on our website.

In the Property section select Rent option if you are looking for an apartment to rent, Sale option will list the housings that are currently available for sale, and the Rent/Sale option is for both types, that is apartment is available for rent and for sale.

In the Property Type check for the apartment types that are most comfortable for you. Unlike the Quick Search, here you can select several options at once, so that results will include types of the rentals matching all of the options you have selected.

In the Price section select the price range that is affordable for you. Unlike the Quick Search here you can separately select the Sale Price range in case if you want to buy an apartment.

In the Bathrooms section select the desired number of bathrooms you would like to have in you new apartment.

Note: 1.5 means that there is one full bathroom plus one toilet in apartment.

In the Square Footage select the size of the area that will satisfy you.

Note: Total area and living area may differ.

In the Building Type select the type of the building most comfortable for you.

In the Floor Level section set floor level range acceptable for you.

In the Floor Type section select the option from the list box most acceptable for you.

In the Outdoor Space section select the type of the outdoor space you would like to have with your apartment.

In the Amenities section check the boxes for the appliances you would like to have in your apartment.

Note: you can select several options at once, so that the result will include apartments with all of them..

In the Building Amenities section check the boxes for the amenities you would like to have in you building.

In the Short Term section check for the box if you would like to rent an apartment in NYC, Manhattan or other boroughs for a short period.

In the Availability section you can either select Immediately, or if you plan to move in later you can select the possible time period you would like to move within.

Note: Range option is very useful for those who are planning to visit New York City and rent an apartment. You can leave the end date untouched if you are unsure when you will be going to leave.

In the Ceilings section set a ceiling height range you would like to have in your apartment.

In the View section check the boxes for the views you would like to have from the windows of your apartment.

Note: You can select the views from both living room and bedrooms.

In the Kitchen list box select the type of the kitchen you would like to have in your apartment.

In the Split Level section check for the Duplex/Triples box if you want a duplex or triplex apartment.

In the Special Features section check the boxes for the features you would like to have in your apartment.

In the Furnished section check for the box if you desire apartment to be furnished.

In the Pets section choose the desired option from the list box. Select No Pets if you do not wish to have any pets in the building, Cats OK if you have a cat (this option does not include apartments in which dogs are allowed), or Pet Friendly if you have a dog.
